So excited for these games. Definitely getting these on day 1.

Can't stop watching...Bayo 2 will be so effing awesome.

This game is going to be amazing. Hopefully Nintendo advertises it properly, and it sells great so that 3rd parties can see that Nintendo gamers can love mature games if they are gems. Not half baked.

As amazing as it looks, I am waiting for next year To get this. Just a lot of Awsome games coming now til the end of next year.

This game should get some serious advertising as its 1 of the few games Nintendo can advertise to Sony and MS gamers and say - "hey, look at this exclusive, you know you want it!" And its a 1- 2 marketing punch w/ that other exclusive Hyrule Warriors 1 month earlier.

But they probably won't. I was just in Target and all they hsd next to the Wii U kiosk was a gimongus Tomodachi Life billboard. No Wii U nuthin.

OMG, that Direct was amazing. I loved the original and this looks even better. I'm getting that limited edition package. One thing I noticed, Bayonetta was rated 18 and Bayonetta 2 is rated 16 but looks much more violent and suggestive. Did PEGI over rate the original?

2 games in one package! $59.99 is a steal!

I think it's safe to say this game will be great and should hold a pretty high 80's score on Metacritic.It's unfortunate then that hardly anyone will buy it!

I'm way more hyped for Bayonetta 2 than I am for Smash, even though I love Smash.

OOOOOOOOoooo It just keeps looking better and better, wish it hadn't taken the best part of 2 years to get my hands on it but not much longer now. Going to be getting the Bayonetta 1 and 2 box, dont have my XBOX to play the original on anymore anyway.

Count me in for the two disc special ed , day one! Waiting on Amazon pricing before I pre order but I decided a little while ago I would only have time for bayonetta 2 or hyrule warriors and, short of reviews being shocking, this looks a far better game. Also in terms of value and reputation, the amount of content on offer in the two for one is unbelievable.
As posted above, Nintendo need to give this some major media backing! Not just for sales of the game and promotion of the Wii u. But as a message to 3rd party devs that different games can succeed and Nintendo WILL back them not steamroll them with another Mario game!

Getting this day 1! Loved the first one on PS3!
And everyone who DON'T buy it, loses the rights to complain about few games, lack of 3rd-party support or no mature games on the WiiU.

@AyeHaley Thanks for the tip. Just watched it, and the quality is WAY better than on youtube. The game looks pretty good and smooth as butter.

Capcom, EA, Ubisoft and others must be looking at Bayonetta 2 and saying "How can this run on such a weak console?"

Does anyone know if the Special Edition (not the First Print Edition) will come with both games boxed separately? Or are they packed together in the same case?

Nonstop climax? Building and releasing tension? I'm in.

First Direct I've missed in a while. And I'm even reasonably excited for Bayonetta 2. Single-game directs just don't do it for me. :/

I hope one of her costumes is Wonder Pink. I saw pink whips during that direct. It would be perfect!

Still consider this my reason for getting a Wii U. Everything else is just icing on a very sexy cake.

I played this twice at Gamescom... awesome... I AM SUFFERING FROM MAXIMUM HYPE FEVER.

I'm going to get this for sure but that Direct was terrible!!! It had the creepiest perv vibe at moments and the dubbing was just painful. Whomever approved that video should be fired as it almost made me want to wait to get this game. Release the Reggie! The man is a hype machine and that's exactly what the Wii U needs. This game must be a hit for the system!

The Bayonetta 2 Direct was the BEST dedicated Nintendo Direct I've ever seen. As an American, Nintendo and Platinum Games truly have the right to take my $59.99 when it launches on October 24th.

Im very happy with the Direct and cant wait to buy Bayo2 but am still sad about the no limited edition in NA but regardless this is Day1 buy for me!!!

Why is it that EU and JPN have both games in dics included in a special edition and NA have nothing of the sorts? Oh well... Not that I can buy it anyway, don't have a Wii U yet with no means of getting at least 'till mid next year... (money issues, obviously)

@LawRulesALL According to Nintendo of America, Bayonetta 2 will contain two discs-- Bayonetta 2 on the first disc, and the original Bayonetta in HD on the second disc. Sorry that you didn't get the news a few weeks ago, but I assure you that the 2 disc for the price of 1 deal will be there in the United States and Canada.
